119 Ministries is certainly promoting an observance of the Law of Moses, which is error. I did not delve deeply into this aspect of the Hebrew Roots movement in the recent series, though it is perhaps the most serious error of the movement. I recommend the book Laying Down the Law which you can find on the BOOK page of the Heart4God website, to any who desire to know the mind of Christ as it pertains to the Law today.

Jonathan Cahn is a Messianic Jew. He too teaches and practices some error, but little of this error is found in his two popular books, The Harbinger, and The Shemitah.

He has recommended two sources for me.
119 Ministries and the author of the book, " The Harbinger" Jonathan Cahn.

What can you tell me about them? Do you consider them as being under the umbrella of Hebrew Roots?

I will be addressing a number of individual elements, but had not planned on writing about the shofar. Although the Mishna does give instruction about the blowing of the shofar, the origin can be traceable back to the Old Testament in numerous passages. The rabbis established traditions on how the shofar should be blown (teruah, tekiah, shevarim). These ordinances must be considered man's opinion, but I know of no evil association with the blowing of the shofar.

In the image of items commonly associated with the hebraic roots movement you have pictured a tallit and a shofar. Will you be discussing these or any of the specific items? I use both the tallit and the shofar. The shofar brings me daily opportunities to share The Good News. My message is Jesus, although I may mention Mt. Sinai, The walls of Jericho, Nehemiah 4:20 – I primarily discuss salvation when there is no existing relationship. Knowing more about this subject is a very great blessing. Thankyou! -Bryan

I anticipate addressing the Sabbath issue as this series progresses. If you would prefer not to wait, I would recommend you read the book titled "Sabbath" that can be found on the Books page at the Heart4God website. The site link is located at the upper right side of this blog page.

Joseph

Way out. They're pretty convinced though.
What about the weekly fourth-commandment Sabbath? Please cover that.
