This article was wonderful..I am always blessed by your love for the Body of Messiah, by bringing out the truth about these traditions of man, which are occultic.. May Yahweh continue to pour His Holy Spirit upon you as you lovingly bring out these truths.. I pray that many listen, rather than become offended.. Yah bless you

I am assuming you are speaking of William Schnoebelen when you state that "you believe the Lord is working in this man's life and he will come to see that the roots of the movement is false." I am personally not aware of any indications that Mr. Schnoebelen is questioning the propriety of his Hebrew Roots associations, or is coming out of them. In fact, the evidence points to a growing involvement with this movement.

My purpose, however, is not to condemn, nor to vilify an individual. I personally have found many of Mr. Schnoebelen's writings helpful and informative. Rather, my desire is to point out how cunning Satan is in bringing people back under the same deceptions from which they have formerly escaped. We truly must walk humbly before God and man, entreating Yahweh always to lead us in the paths of truth. The days we live in are exceedingly dark and it is very easy to stumble.

May you be blessed with peace and understanding in these days.

Without question, the majority who participate in deeds of darkness do so in ignorance. This is revealed as one looks at how many who profess to be Christians celebrate Easter each year, even serving the Easter Ham, dying eggs for their children, having candy bunnies, and attending Sunrise services. These activities seem innocent, even righteous, but they are a manifestation of the mixing together of the holy and the profane.

The same is true of those who participate in Messianic and Hebrew Roots congregations, mimicking the rites and symbols of apostate Judasim. What they do seems innocent, even righteous, but as one begins to dig beneath the surface to discover the origin of many of the rites, symbols, and holidays being observed, they discover the hand of Satan.

We are called to "come out of Babylon (confusion) lest we participate in her sins and partake of her plagues" (Revelation 18:4). At this time Yahweh is revealing the presence of Babylon in the midst of the people of God that those who fear Yahweh and seek to walk in the light might come out of darkness.

May you be blessed with peace and understanding in these days.

Thank you for your comment. As you know, being popular is an unworthy motive for any disciple of Christ. We are to prove ourselves to be lovers and promoters of truth. Truth is loved only by a remnant today and it is this remnant that I always have in mind as the audience I am writing to. I am glad you continue to be one who is searching for and embracing truth.

May you be blessed with peace and understanding in these days.

I think a lot of believers fall around from ditch to ditch when learning and seeking knowledge of Yahashua, but still his insites can be an eye opener for scholars of the word

My first wife, who went home to be with the Lord, was a Jewish believer in Yahshua. We were married for 27 years and for much of that time we worshipped with Jews who believe in Yashua, including Jews for Jesus and Messianic Congregations. All of them celebrated the sabbath and lit the candles to welcome the Sabbath. I knew it was traditional and did not think much of it. They said a prayer while waving their hands and lighting the candles. There was no mention of pagan gods but they did welcome the Sabbath and recited the Shema which is biblical. They had the Challah bread but no one ever associated it with anything pagan. Of course there are extremes in everything and Kabbalah has been introduced in some Messianic circles and also keeping the law which is not Christian. We left a few places that put emphasis on law keeping. It has been awhile since I have worshiped in a Messianic congregation but I did renounce and cast out the female Sabbath spirit just in case.
