Herrin, the issue of the symbolism of the injury to your right side rib area seems obvious! Glad you are feeling better, God Bless.

I desire most to be available to Him for whatever purpose and I believe I must obey in this area of headcovering.

I am one who read 1 Cor and saw that my hair was enough covering, but this morning I opened the Word and read those passages again (before I read this post) and I saw something different.

I am excited to submit to Yah in this way.

Blessing to you, Brother.

I perceive that the Apostle Paul clarifies the matter further in his first letter to the church at Corinth; there, he refers directly back to creation to show the divine order, and speaks of how that order applies to all men and all women, not only those who believe. It is a teaching more fundamental than that in Ephesians where he brings the cosmic idea into focus to show how believing wives should relate to believing husbands. A careful study of scripture shows that God's government in gender roles is a matter of natural revelation for all of humanity (see also Romans 1 ) and not just for believing husbands and wives, or for single believing women in the visible body of Christ.
