I can tell you, it made a huge impression on me.
Today I went to a church discipling session, and the topic was the different spirit that was present in Joshua and Caleb. The Lord knows how to make His message clear by confirming it over and over!
I sure don't want to die on the wilderness, and I do want to enter God's rest.
If you asked me, what's the promised land for you? I used to focus on God's perfect plan and purpose for my life. Now I know that's the least important part of the answer. My promised land is Yeshua! Fellowship with Him in all things (including, when necessary, affliction, persecution, all sorts of tribulation and suffering).
Please pray for my husband Juan. I've suffered many financial losses in my life (my family of origin lost houses, cars, income, and we basically had to live by faith for years) so I'm more prepared for whatever. He comes from a well-off family and has never experienced real poverty. So he just can't accept this doctrine of material self-denial right now.

Back in 2004 the LORD gave me a picture of a man on a horse. It's by Charles Russell, entitled 'Wagon Boss' with wagons and ox leaving a "secure" fort by a river. I was reflecting upon this painting the other day and thinking "Only the essentials". Back in 2009, the LORD showed me that it will be primitive.

In 2008, I asked the LORD about the horse and what it symbolized through its strength and security. I heard Him say, "SCRIPTURE".
With America's idolatry, immorality, shedding the blood of innocent babies, and touching The Apple of God's Eye (Israel) we are in for a BIG fall.
I now have a 1940 Plymouth named 'War Horse' which is transforming into a Staff car like my dad drove in WWII. It will be 'Army Green'. We need to Win people to the Lamb of God's love or they will face the Wrath of the LION for eternity.
God's love to you Joseph. Thank you for being an encouragement to me as a fellow pioneer in the Wilderness.
