Here it is January 2nd. – just days after you wrote this article about N. Korea, and now, in the news for a few days already is a second nation on your list of 4 nations still having no Rothschild controlled/owned, central bank.
Iran is one of the countries going through an upheaval now. Iran is 'suddenly' experiencing a lot of internal problems. Perhaps the time table of Yahweh's prophecy fulfillments has been accelerated.
The timing of your article makes this all even more interesting to observe.

Concerning the reference to Wikiquote by 'ByWaterAndBlood', I will suggest what might be a better source of information with some good discussions:
https://history.stackexchange.com/questions/7887/did-rothschild-say-this-famous-quote-if-yes-what-did-he-mean-by-it

I have books going back to the early 1800's, with Cyclopedias published back to just after the Civil War. I see variations of the original quote that is frequently attributed to Amschel Rothschild: "Let me issue and control a nation's money and I care not who writes its laws."
The fact that the Rothschilds did publish many maxims, and historically, actually did have a lot of 'banking witticisms' and other published banking statements made through their early banking years, I would guess that some such quote was originally, properly attributed to one of the Bauers/Rothschilds, and some of the modern history revisionism could be at work in denying the attribution to a member of that banking family.

There is a lot of exposing going on here and many of these things can be dug into deeper if one is willing to spend the time. It takes a lot of effort to do the research and a lot of prayer to ask Yahweh for guidance and confirmation, but what you come out with is a satisfying feeling of knowing that you have the correct information to do your part shining light into the darkness. If I might offer one word of correction, or at least question one thing about this article, it would be the Nathan Rothschild quote, which Wikiquote says is misattributed. I've also heard similar quotes attributed to others but have found no original source for them. In my research, however, I have read other quotes that have revealed the mindset of these banking and corporate cartels, so in essence I would say that some of the misattributed quotes, like the one you cited, are like condensed paraphrasings of people's perceptions of elite figures which are probably accurate representations of their personal views.

It may be that the countries you mentioned have had banks in the past, but they are not using them now. Iran has even been talking about no longer accepting the petro dollar for her oil sales. She has said she may start requiring Euros, or something else, which would get the United States out of the oil business in their country.

You can do a search on it and you will find much about it.

I am sorry that I have not read the book that you spoke of. I have read plenty of reports on the Rothschilds, the global corporation, the NWO and its reliance on a central money supply. I have even written some books on the Freemasons (Dragon Flood) and the spurious things taught by them (Lunacy and the Age of Deception). When one gets to seeing all of the deception in this world they are in a good place to write about it. The way to see deception is to understand the truth. There is so much that simply does not glorify Yahweh in this world.

You have probably read the first book I ever read concerning a brief history of the Rothschild family (original family name was Bauer), the Federal Reserve in these United States, and the currency provisions of the U.S. Constitution.
That book is 'Lightning Over The Treasury Building' by John R. Elsom,, first published in 1941. I still have that first edition, which opened the door to more banking history readings, even as you have described in this article concerning North Korea.
I think that Yahweh has 'opened your eyes' to the bigger picture of the lies, deceptions, and plans of the god of this world – Satan, pertaining to the entire world. I can see this in the concise manner in which you brought all of this information together. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this article! The end of this age is truly near.
