Note: I plan on continuing the series Deconstructing Babylon, but things are happening so rapidly in the news that I deem it necessary to get this information out at this time. The plans of evil men are progressing quickly, and calamity is drawing ever closer to an unsuspecting people.

Ezekiel 33:2-4
If I bring a sword upon a land, and the people of the land take one man from among them and make him their watchman; and he sees the sword coming upon the land, and he blows on the trumpet and warns the people, then he who hears the sound of the trumpet and does not take warning, and a sword comes and takes him away, his blood will be on his own head.

Daily I have been praying that the Lord might reveal to me what is coming upon this earth that I might warn His people. He has been faithful to show me many things. I receive news items from an assortment of people who are inspired to share with me. As I look at these things I observe patterns of behavior among wicked men, and I am led to share these things with the people of God. As a watchman, I must tell you that I see the sword coming quickly upon an unsuspecting people.

God uses wicked men to bring judgment to a disobedient people. Ultimately it is Yahweh who is bringing the sword upon the land, for He must judge the sin of His people. He must turn His own household back to righteousness, and He has determined to bring forth a purified remnant through days of great calamity.

Look at the Scripture from Ezekiel quoted above. It begins, “If I bring a sword upon a land…” It is Yahweh who is speaking. Yet even though He is the One bringing the sword upon the land, He requires it of the watchmen that they sound a warning. If they sound the warning and the people take heed, they are preserved. If they do not heed, their blood is upon their heads. If the watchmen do not sound the warning, the blood of the people is on the watchmen’s heads.

How will you prepare for the things that are coming? Although there may be some practical thing the Lord directs you to do, as He has already been speaking to many, the greatest preparation is that of the heart. Judgment is coming upon America and the nations due to sin and pride. Sin and pride must be turned away from.

Zephaniah 2:3
Seek Yahweh, all you humble of the earth who have carried out His ordinances; Seek righteousness, seek humility. Perhaps you will be hidden in the day of the Lord’s anger.

Seek Yahweh. Seek Righteousness. Seek humility.

You must be hearing and obeying the voice of Yahweh in order to be hidden in the days ahead. If you are not, your blood is upon your own head.

There is much evil being carried forth by cunning men at this hour. Satan is the source of their inspiration, for he is the ruler of this fallen world system. The whole world lies in the power of the evil one, and his power is manifested in deception.

Some have suggested that I am a conspiracy theorist. Such a charge is intended as an insult, but it reveals the naivete of the one making the accusation. The word conspiracy is defined in the following way:

A secret plan by a group to do something unlawful or harmful.

The United States government said that the events of September 11, 2001 were carried out by a group named Al Qaida. The President and his staff have assured us that this group formulated a secret plan to inflict great harm upon America by flying airplanes into strategic locations. By definition this is a conspiracy theory, for it includes a secret plan, a group, and an unlawful and harmful act. Every person in this world that has accepted the government’s version of the events of 911 is by definition “a conspiracy theorist.”

If you believe a secret plan was carried out by a group to inflict harm to America on 911, then you are a conspiracy theorist! Congratulations. You have just joined a group that includes every other person on earth who has formed a thought about this event.

There are many who have challenged the government’s conspiracy theory. Many have suggested that there was indeed a secret plan by a group to do something harmful or unlawful, but they have identified a different group as being responsible. Some have suggested that there is a group of people who are seeking to bring forth a new world order, an order that is prophesied in Scripture to arise in the last days. This group have become Satan’s pawns to bring all the nations together into a single world government where he will be worshiped, and he will rule over all.

In order to accomplish their plans of a one world government they have deemed it necessary to destroy the strength of sovereign nations, and to inflict such carnage and chaos upon the world that all men will cry out for peace and safety. They deem it needful to lead the world into a third world war, and to bring about a complete collapse of the world financial systems.

Bit by bit these conspirators, the wealthy men of the world and those in league with them, are carrying forth a plan that is as brutal as it is cunning. The Scriptures testify that Satan comes only to “kill, steal and destroy.” It should be no surprise then that those men who are fulfilling his plans also have the same methods and aims.

In recent blog postings I have urged the people of God to put off all naivete and to practice the command of Christ to be “as wise as serpents, but as innocent (harmless) as doves.” I have urged them with Christ’s words to “beware of men.” If you are unaware of the great evil all around you, your ignorance is not reason for praise. It will very likely lead to you being caught in the snare of evil men. There are many admonitions for the Christian to be wary, and wise, concerning those things being done by men outside the church.

II Corinthians 11:14-15
For even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. Therefore it is not surprising if his servants also disguise themselves as servants of righteousness…

We would be foolish to think these words have no relevance to the Christian today. Men have not grown better with time. Indeed, the days are darker than ever before. Evil deeds are more rampant. Deception and cunning are everywhere. The apostle Paul was one who was familiar with the conspiracies of men.

Acts 23:12-14
And when it was day, the Jews formed a conspiracy and bound themselves under an oath, saying that they would neither eat nor drink until they had killed Paul. And there were more than forty who formed this plot.

I have recently shared with a few individuals a number of links to articles and videos that discuss some of the evil works being accomplished in this hour. Some upon hearing of these things have dismissed them before examining them, saying they do not believe they could possibly be true. In failing to examine all things carefully they are themselves erring, and will reap the consequences of their error.

If you have formed your opinion of events based upon what you hear reported by the government and the news media, then you have heard only one side of the matter. If you do not think the government and the media have a personal agenda, and if you do not believe they would purposely deceive the masses, then you are very naive. It is always wise to examine alternative testimonies before forming a judgment.

Note: Senator Max Cleland of Georgia, my home state, was originally on the 911 Commission. Senator Cleland criticized the leadership of the 911 Commission after the other members cut a deal to accept highly limited access to CIA reports to the White House that may indicate advance knowledge of the attacks on the part of the Bush administration. “This is a scam,” Cleland said. “It’s disgusting. America is being cheated.”

Senator Cleland is a disabled army veteran of the Viet Nam War. He lost both legs and his right forearm when a grenade popped off another soldier’s vest when exiting a helicopter.

“As each day goes by,” Cleland said, “we learn that this government knew a whole lot more about these terrorists before September 11 than it has ever admitted…. Let’s chase this rabbit into the ground. They had a plan to go to war and when 9/11 happened that’s what they did; they went to war.”

People of God, I share these things with you not to get you to go out and protest the corruption of government. It is not our place to judge those outside the church. I share these things in order to lead you to a world view where you truly understand that this present world system is the kingdom of darkness. In understanding this, perhaps your eyes will be opened to the deceit everywhere around you, and you will cease embracing wicked men, and putting your hopes in the arm of the flesh to bring about change.

When all the illusions of this fallen world system are stripped away, and the cunning and deceit of sinful men is laid bare, there is grief and sorrow. Yet we have a magnificent hope that a day is coming quickly when God will judge the nations and establish the rule of His Son upon the earth. Before this occurs, however, great darkness will cover the people of this earth, a darkness deeper than has ever been known before.

Isaiah 60:2
“For behold, darkness will cover the earth, and deep darkness the peoples; but Yahweh will rise upon you, and His glory will appear upon you.”

At this moment there is before the United States Congress the issue of granting the Treasury Department authority to establish control over the entire financial system of America. A bailout approaching a trillion dollars is being discussed and is being hastily rushed through. There is a pattern that is prevalent with those who are seeking power over this world system. They create crises and then propose solutions that bring them closer to their goals.

The financial destruction of the American economy has been purposely engineered. With each new crisis the powers of the Federal Reserve and the Treasury Department are increased. The purpose of these events is all about control. If you read the proposals that are set forth before the Congress at this very moment, one cannot escape the fact that absolute control of the nation’s money system is that which is in focus. Section 8 of the proposed legislation titled “Legislative Proposal for Treasury Authority to Purchase Mortgage Related Assets” includes the following words:

Decisions by the Secretary pursuant to the authority of this Act are non-reviewable and committed to agency discretion, and may not be reviewed by any court of law or any administrative agency.

Wow! Absolute power is being asked for, and all of it is justified under the ruse of averting a complete meltdown of the financial sector that this same agency helped to engineer. This legislation includes the following clause.

(3) designating financial institutions as financial agents of the Government, and they shall perform all such reasonable duties related to this Act as financial agents of the Government as may be required of them.

In one fell swoop, every bank, insurance company, or other institution that the Government relieves of their toxic debt will become an agent of the government.

Market Ticker’s Karl Denninger stated:

This is the de facto nationalization of the entire banking, insurance and related financial system..That’s right – every bank and other financial institution in the United States has just become a de-facto organ of the United States Government, if Hank Paulson thinks they should be, and he may order them to do virtually anything that he claims is in furtherance of this act…..

In the writing The Enslavement of America (http://www.heart4god.ws/index_htm_files/The%20Enslavement%20of%20America.pdf), I spoke of the steps that have been taken to gain an authoritarian control over the lives of the entire population. That mass resistance will occur at some point as the people finally realize what is happening is inevitable. In preparation for such outbreaks, President George W. Bush has altered a number of laws and constitutional provisions during his time in office. I will include a section from that article.

Any person who has been watching the trends in the changes made to the constitution and laws of America in recent years should be alarmed. The changes to the bankruptcy laws were only one of many ominous changes. The Military Commissions Act of 2006 was another step toward establishing draconian rule over the citizens of America. This act, which the President assured Americans would never be used against citizens, strips away all constitutional protections from those who are declared to be enemies of the government, or those who aid and abet these enemies in any way.

The Military Commissions Act of 2006 was passed for the following stated purpose. “To authorize trial by military commission for violations of the law of war, and for other purposes.” The Act uses the term ‘unlawful enemy combatant’ which it defines as “a person who has engaged in hostilities or who has purposefully and materially supported hostilities against the United States…” Although the President assured Americans it would never be used against citizens, Congress has since ruled that the measures apply to all who are defined as ‘unlawful enemy combatants,’ and this includes citizens as well as aliens.

The Military Commissions Act denies the right of habeas corpus to all who are thus designated. This means that a person can be held indefinitely without charges, and without trial. This is currently being done in American military prisons such as the one at Guantanamo where many Iraqis and some foreign nationals have been held for years. Of all those held, some for as long as five years, only a few have received trials. Jose Padilla was an American citizen who was held in this fashion for three years before he was brought to trial. Padilla contends that during this time he was subjected to sensory deprivation, sleep deprivation and stress positions, all of which would never be permitted to occur to an American citizen under imprisonment carried forth with constitutional protections.

In 2007 the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act included a section tiled “Use of Armed Forces in Major Public Emergencies.” This act provides for the use of United States Armed Forces to be used on American soil against American citizens. According to Wikipedia, this act declares the following:

The President may employ the armed forces to restore public order in any State of the United States the President determines hinders the execution of laws or deprives people of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law or opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States or impedes the course of justice under those laws.

This recent act lays aside the Posse Comitatus Act which forbid the use of the military in actions against U.S. citizens. Posse Comitatus had been the Law in the United States since 1878. Prior to this law change it required an act of Congress in order for such military use, but now this power has been granted to the President.

Just after the events of 911 (September 11, 2001), the Patriot Act was rushed through Congress. This dramatically eroded the protections of citizens from being spied upon by the U.S. government. In each case, these acts have been rushed through speedily, often without the members of Congress even having taken time to read them. The justification given each time has been that these powers are needed in order for the President to protect American citizens from terrorists. This constant fearmongering has been the ruse utilized to change the laws of the nation in preparation for actions which will be taken in days soon approaching.

Today I was made aware of news that should be viewed by those who have had their eyes sufficiently opened, as a sign of calamitous days ahead for the citizens of America. For the first time in the nation’s history, an entire army brigade is being positioned on U.S. soil to be used against Americans in the advent of a terrorist event, or civil unrest. This battalion is to be placed under Federal jurisdiction beginning October 1st, which means the President and the Department of Homeland Security will have their own military force in place in readiness for what is soon to occur. I will quote from the publication Army Times.

The 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team has spent 35 of the last 60 months in Iraq patrolling in full battle rattle, helping restore essential services and escorting supply convoys.

Now they’re training for the same mission — with a twist — at home.

Beginning Oct. 1 for 12 months, the 1st BCT will be under the day-to-day control of U.S. Army North, the Army service component of Northern Command, as an on-call federal response force for natural or manmade emergencies and disasters, including terrorist attacks…

This new mission marks the first time an active unit has been given a dedicated assignment to NorthCom, a joint command established in 2002 to provide command and control for federal homeland defense efforts and coordinate defense support of civil authorities.

After 1st BCT finishes its dwell-time mission, expectations are that another, as yet unnamed, active-duty brigade will take over and that the mission will be a permanent one.

“Right now, the response force requirement will be an enduring mission. How the [Defense Department] chooses to source that and whether or not they continue to assign them to NorthCom, that could change in the future,” said Army Col. Louis Vogler, chief of NorthCom future operations. “Now, the plan is to assign a force every year…”

They may be called upon to help with civil unrest and crowd control or to deal with potentially horrific scenarios such as massive poisoning and chaos in response to a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or high-yield explosive, or CBRNE, attack.

Training for homeland scenarios has already begun at Fort Stewart…

The 1st BCT’s soldiers also will learn how to use “the first ever nonlethal package that the Army has fielded,” 1st BCT commander Col. Roger Cloutier said, referring to crowd and traffic control equipment and nonlethal weapons designed to subdue unruly or dangerous individuals without killing them.

“It’s a new modular package of nonlethal capabilities that they’re fielding. They’ve been using pieces of it in Iraq, but this is the first time that these modules were consolidated and this package fielded, and because of this mission we’re undertaking we were the first to get it.”

The package includes equipment to stand up a hasty road block; spike strips for slowing, stopping or controlling traffic; shields and batons; and, beanbag bullets…

“I can’t think of a more noble mission than this,” said Cloutier, who took command in July. “We’ve been all over the world during this time of conflict, but now our mission is to take care of citizens at home… and depending on where an event occurred, you’re going home to take care of your home town, your loved ones…”

“I don’t know what America’s overall plan is — I just know that 24 hours a day, seven days a week, there are soldiers, sailors, airmen and Marines that are standing by to come and help if they’re called,” Cloutier said. “It makes me feel good as an American to know that my country has dedicated a force to come in and help the people at home.”

This “help” includes how to set-up roadblocks; how to use new non-lethal technologies to subdue America’s citizens; crowd control, dealing with civil unrest, and other similar duties. What is described does not sound as innocent and beneficial to the citizens of America as it is being portrayed. It sounds like someone is anticipating widespread civil unrest and they are positioning their forces ahead of time to be able to establish control.

People of God, these are exceptional events that have never occurred before. We are exhorted to be as wise as serpents, yet as harmless as doves. Seek God to know what He would have you to do in preparation for the days ahead. What will you do when the country collapses into chaos, the grocery stores are emptied in one hour, the gas stations are all empty, rioting erupts in all the cities, and martial law is imposed complete with crowd control and roadblocks?

It will be impossible to make enough physical provision to get you through the coming days. Israel carried all they could when they departed Egypt, but three days into the wilderness the food they had brought was gone. Then they had to look to God. He had a provision for them, and He will have a provision for His people in coming days. Yet it was required of all Israel that they remain close to God. They had to follow the pillar of fire by night and the cloud by day. We too will need to follow closely in days ahead. In His presence is safety and provision. All God’s children should be seeking His face. They should be hearing His voice and heeding His direction.

Above all, seek humility, seek righteousness that perhaps you might be hidden in the day of the Lord’s anger.
