Update:

by | Aug 11, 2023

Wednesday we had a storm come through. It was really windy. It blew the door open on my bus five times. It also blew a huge tree over in the yard next to George’s house. When the tree fell over it broke a gas line and it also tore down the power cable to George’s house. Because my bus is on George’s power, my electricity was off too. That is why I didn’t have a blog that day. George informed me the it might be several days before the power was back on so I made arrangements to travel about an hour north of here and spend a night at my friend Randy’s house. He lives in Macon, Georgia. I took my trike and planned on visiting a new park that was on the Flint River while I was up there. I did that on Thursday morning. George had called me by then and told me that the power had been restored. I returned home Thursday (yesterday).

I took my dog Champ with me when I went to Randy’s. Champ did fairly well riding up there, but he was nervous. He did much better on the ride back. Now that I am back I plan on resuming my thrice weekly blogs. Thanks for your patience.
